Post Seat Release Handle

The handle that releases the seatback (for rear seat access)Fell off in my wife's hand yesterday. I have the handle, but it appears that there should be a clip or spring something that holds the **** on. Does anyone have any knowledge of what I need, to get the handle reinstalled?

the same thing happen to me. i emded up purchasing the part from performance products. i remember it being less than a dollar for the clip...but like $6.00 for s/h!! it was the only thing that i knew would work.

i tried to fashion several clips out of metal and electrical tape to hold the handle in place, but nothing seem to work well.

you might want to spend some time and check your floorboards to see if you can still find the clip that fell out. if not, just give performance products or any of the other online/catalog stores a ring.

good luck!

As I recall, I glued mine back on a few years ago, it's still on and working.
