Post Porsche technical bulletins

How do we get our hands on the technical bulletins on our cars. I could have prevented an electrical problem by having access to this information ahead of time.

Also any helpful web sites to gain a better understanding of the factory wiring diagrams. I feel like I need to take a class just to know how to read the codes. The Manual itself is not telling me what all the little codes mean. Thanks, Doug

You could get a ~$20 subscription to AllData. They have them in detail for your car.
