Stiffening suspension

Stiffening suspension
If I would like to reduce body roll in my S2, what should I replace? The whole suspension system has about 85k miles on it. Would a sway bar be sufficient? (I don't AutoX, this is more for better roadhandling/confidence when tackling turns.) Paragon has sway bars, camber plates, Koni shocks, Weltmeister springs, coilovers, bushings, etc. Which of these would have the greatest or most cost effecient impact on handling?

I agree with the new shocks. The S2 sway bars, springs, and torsion bars are fairly stiff – I think only the M030 optioned cars and the 951-S had stiffer set-ups.
However, the front struts are going to be hard to find right now. The S2 has a different spring configuration than the other 944’s and no one makes a direct replacement for the strut.
While it will not reduce body roll, I found that adding a strut brace greatly diminished my cars tendency to understeer.
The Performance Products catalogue recommends doing suspension up grades in the following order:
1. Shocks/struts
2. Springs/torsion bars
3. Sway bars
