I'm adding a turbo gauge today, just wondering if I can tap in to the Vac/Boost line going to the DIC control unit under the heater controls behind the console?

I ran my line for boost gauge off of the upper pressure duct(the one that says 924 turbo). I ran a 1\8 running npt tee at the overboost switch.
