FAIR PRICE FOR 944 LEATHER DASHBOARD?
There is a dash for an 86' 944 for sale in the 944 parts classifieds. It has been recovered in black leather. I have seen photos of the dash and it looks pretty nice.
Since there is no set price for it and rather offers are being taken on it, my question is what would be a fair price to offer for it? I have seen refurbished dashes before going anywhere from $500 - $700 or so, but those were usually recovered in vinyl or leathermate (imitation leather). I already have black leather seats in pretty good condition, but my dash is badly cracked up. Stands to reason that a leather dash would look good in my car.
