Euro Plates
I want to get a Euro plate made for my car with the city it was made in but I don't know the letters to use for Neckarsulm. Is there anybody here who knows tis information or a website where I could find it?

When I purchased my 944 back in 84, I purchased it through Porsche's European delivery plan. It was equipped at the Neckarsulm plant with the older oval plates, one on the front bumper between the two bumper guards on a US plate mounting bracket, the rear between the tail lamps also on a US plate mounting bracket. The plate numbers were in two rows. The upper row is: 862. The lower row is: Z-8035. Hope this helps.

Thanks Tim but I have a 951S so the plate will fit no problm
Thanks for the info Charlie maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree. This is what I want to do maybe you guys can give me your opinion. I want an ECC plate with the proper abreviation for Neckarsulm(? - 951S). I figure this would mess with people who know nothing about Porsche and the people who know will understand. My thought is if I just put 951S it is going to look too plain.
Thanks
Tom

when Porsche puts plates on any of its cars nomatter were it is made or being used they always put stugart(ST) plates on them. and if you want just german plates i have alot of old expired plates i could part with. also neckerism is (NK) city code on the plate. dan b
