Default Continuing looking for a vacuum leak... Only at idle

So, new Venturi hoses, vacuum lines, new vband for the bov, resealed the tb..... Did the intake pressure like on vans youtube video.... And: NO MORE LEAKS

The only small leak i have is at the aos, probably the 2 rubber seals, but i was told that this cant have an effect on vacuum pressure.

Started the car, same thing. The needle is above 0.4 bar and boost gauge is at -12psi

When the car gets warmer, the needle is slightly above 0.4bar, boost gauge at -15psi.

Engine runs ok

Went fore a drive, then at a red light, looked at my gauges and vacuum where PERFECT. Idle at 1000, -0.4bar, boost gauge at -18psi.... I said Yes!

BUT....

Checked everything again, and notice that tps was open on idle, i didn't adjusted right. Pushed on the cable to make it click, then still loosing vacuum (-14psi).....

SO.... If the tps is not closed perfectly at idle, the car runs fine, vacuums are perfect..... But if i set it correctly, i lose vacuum....

So what is my problem here?

Did the needle flutter some? My vacuum is a little low and has a minor "tick" to it at idle. Car seems do drive fine otherwise. I've been thinking it was the isv for a while.

I have the same problem but my isv is new, tps is new. seem like when it warms up, a very slight throttle will make vacuum more negative

As the engine rpm goes higher, the vacuum will get less and less...the highest vacuum will be at idle
