There are tire/alignment shops that have equipment that can spin-balance your wheels on the car! That way, you can have your locking lugnuts on any orientation you want, and it will balance the entire assembly as one unit. This will also take care of any imbalances you have in our brake-rotors as well.

I agree with Tabor Kelly. I know for a fact that my lower ball joints need to be replaced as well as the left tye rod. Jack the car up with the wheel still mounted place one hand at 12 oclock and one at the 6 position. press back in forth and you will feel the play in the lower ball joint if it is there. Mine too has alot of shimmy at 60mph. Also move your hands to the 3 and 9 oclock position and perform the same preasure test. This will let you know about the tye rod which usually develops play at the ball and socket at the stearing rack side. I do not run lug locks on my car just 5 identical nuts so I dont think its the lug locks.
