Either the speed or reference sensor connector/cable. Follow it down to the bell housing, where you will see the sensor.

Is that the REV.IMPULSE SENSOR /CRANK REFERENCE SENSOR/ Pulse sender, right?

Have you used the Bosch or FAE brand ones?

Should be.

I run standalone now, and never had to replace the stock units, so I really don't have any advice for which ones are better.
