Post CV axles

Does anyone know how to make stronger CV axles? I've heard using 930 CV which are stronger. Any truth to that or other ideas?

The 968 Turbo RS half shafts have an inner CV joint of 108 mm and an enclosed outer end that includes the stub axle. You need special transmission output flanges to use these. The shafts are larger (28mm) than std 944/968 shafts (26mm). GKN Motorsports lists replacement axles, but I haven't seen them.
