I'm looking to sell my bt900, as I'm getting a different deck. It's a fantastic head unit and it works great with my ipod. That is the catch, this unit has no cd player, Ipod or aux in only. I'm replacing it to get a HU with more DSP ability in the x-over department (active 3 way). This unit has a good dsp built in so you can run a sub and all of your other speakers with individual x-over points for the front, rear and sub pre-outs. It supports Bluetooth and has a handsfree mic that I never installed. This is a great match for another 944 or for a 911 that can't/won't fit a dual din!.
The unit is in good shape with a few microscratches in the plastic over the screen. The trim ring, mounting ring, hands free mic and wiring harness are included.
I'm running it in my 944 until sold or when my new unit shows up next week.
SOLD!

I want it! Do you have any shots from further back?
I was actually looking at the older versions of this deck to fit in the 944 last year but then forgot about them when I started focusing on the paint.
Will it include everything that's needed to mount the unit or is there anything else that I'll need? I currently have the CD player version of the factory radio or something like that. It's old but has an AUX input but I really want iPod controls.
Mind me asking what you're going to replace it with?

It's in the car but I can send shots when it's out. I think they have shots on the Kenwood site. I'm getting a pioneer prs80 so I can make more detailed adjustments to the eq after the rta I have access to gets involved. Everything you need should be there except the adapters for the factory wiring. My cars plugs were cut out long ago so I soldered it in.

Awesome, thanks! I want to build a sound quality build for my daily driver someday but I have to decide if I even want to keep it first.
Would PayPal work? If so message me your info and I can send a payment whenever you're ready. I'm not in any hurry at the moment so you can take your time.

Check your PM's. This would actually be a decent SQ deck if you decide to go full monty, you have some control. I've just been using it to drive the 4x6 polk plates in my doors and a set of boston 5 1/4's in the quarter panels. I've got a KLA box with an 8" alpine type r in the passenger side cubby driven by a pdx 600.1.
Its not bad, but its not great. I scored some 10 speaker 968 door panels and now i'm redoing it all. I'd like to go active and i need the prs80 for that. I'll be doing a build thread for it.

My DD is an '06 Monte Carlo so when/if I build it up I'll go with a factory sized double-din. The 944 is the only car not giving me trouble at the moment so who knows, by this time next year it might be the only one I have left.

I just wanted to update this now that I've got it installed. The transaction was easy and the product was received in a timely manner and as described. I have it running and now the only problem is a strong desire for better speakers

Awesome, glad you got that all worked out. It's a big improvement from the old blau you had! If you find songs being a little slow to change hit the display button until you get the smaller album portrait. I found it to be a little faster and it displayed the track info a bit better.
