Replacing dead clock with voltmeter?
When we bought the 84 the clock was dead. Not to worry, the new Blaupunkt in the car has a clock (digital too - cool).
Has anyone replaced the clock with a voltmeter? If so, what is involved, and how does it look.
Thanks

I'm interested in this as well...my clock runs but doesn't keep time correctly...I was thinking of replacing it with a new clock, but a voltmeter would also be a nice addition.

I replaced my clock with a AutoMeter volt meter and since I had an extra hole when I removed my AC I filled that with an AutoMeter Air/Fuel meter.
I used the 2 1/16 inch ultralite gauges with the aluminum faces. I am sure some pinhead will cringe because that is too "ricey", but they are easy as heck to read at a glance.
