bought a compressor update kit from Ian's EuroParts. His handler forgot to remove the extra arm from the compressor so it would fit. He personally called the shop, spoke with the mechanic, told him how to fix it, told them to send him the bill for any extra labor. Can you believe it... said it was his mistake, he'll make it right. I'm amazed and placeing another order before he wakes up and remembers he's in the auto bidnez.

I, too, have had GREAT service from Ian. First he rummaged through umpteen sets of rear set belts to find one in mint condition. Then I needed an on/off switch for the A/C which he sold me WELL under the dealer price and several other parts houses.
