This is what I know about windward:
They have a barn in Putney VT.,there is nothing in it but a few display counters,with parts that I would say came off from there cars,They are running a business with zero invenory,Everything is drop shipped,(reason everything takes so long to get!!!).
I have bought from them a few years back,I went to there shop,this is how I know this info.
There are much better shops out there to buy from,(We all know who they are)I feel that if we keep each other notified about bad dealers we will all benifit>
