951 fuel rail leak at the regulator. How to fix.
My 1987 944 Turbo developed a really nasty problem today that I'm lucky I found before it turned into an inferno.
After inspecting it closely, it appears that fuel is being forced out where the rear fuel pressure regulator meets the fuel rail.
Someone attached a fuel pressure gauge to the end of the rail, so I can tell I'm still getting 40psi on the rail, or at least, something close to it.
How do I fix this? Do I just remove it and buy a new o-ring? New fuel rail? New pressure regulator? Both? All of the above?
It's literally where the arrow is, where the brown metal bit meets the white bit.

My FPR 0280-160-227 uses the same "O" ring as the fuel injector. Use New.
Dealer may show part number 13 64 1 730 767- Fuel Injector Seal.
