The SO-3s are not a replacement for the SO-2s though. Which remains a superior performance tire. The SO-3 is more like a M+S all-around tire.

If you do a comparison, the S-03 numbers rates higher than the S-02 in every test. The prices that I saw that were within $10 were the 225/40/18 and 265/35/18. My mistake, as those are what I need for my 18" wheels, not for the stock 15" and 16".
