So I got some injectors and noticed that 2 of the yellow washers are thick and the other 2 are thin. Is this normal?

Also, 2 of the hats are orange, one is black/darker, and yes one is missing. What do you guys think of these?

Used injectors so you have to fit new seals and caps anyway. I would send them to Witchhunter and get them cleaned and tested, they will come back perfect with all brand new seals & caps.

If this is for an NA 944, I have 2 that were already serviced by Witchhunter I would sell the pair for $50 plus shipping. That is close to what you would pay for the service and no waiting.
