Post Concours d'Elegance - Pebble Beach, Ca

Anyone go to this event today, Saturday, 18 August? I went down to Monterey but didn't actually attend the event in Pebble Beach. I drove through - it was a mad house - and all I did was acquire a headache from all the stop-and-go driving. I went to Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, Pebble Beach and back again. I did 375+ miles today (from San Francisco roundtrip). Saw 3 or 4 Ferrari Modenas on Ocean Ave. getting parking tickets all at once, (belongs in the "kinda funny but not really, dept.") Saw nice cars all over the place on my drive (w/ lots of historics): Jaguars, MGs, Bugattis, a lot of Ferraris, Maseratis, old and new Thunderbirds, old and new Covettes, Vipers, saw a few old Porsches but not a lot, and a bunch of the newest of the new from GM, Ford, etc. (but who cares)....

If anybody actually walked around in the Concours, fill us in..

Cheers,
