For the record:

"I am very surprised that anyone would open himself up to litigation like you have. I am very familiar with the Oklahoma statutes and can tell you that your statements appear to be an attempt to interfere with a business relationship as a minimum and may even border on libel."

No I am not smart enough to write such a pearl of wisdom like that above. Only an *** bigger than my self proclaimed assh*le self could write such incorrect dicta. Thank Kevin i mean Ken Arnold aka KLA for his novel interpretation of the law. Good thing he's living off of Barbies residuals instead of practicing law. <img src="graemlins/nono.gif" border="0" alt="[nono]" /> "dammit Jim" wrong finger again!

I will not allow Sears to work on my lawn mower, let alone my 944S. Any work that I can perform on the Porsche, I do it myself. For those few tasks which I cannot do, I take the car to a long time Porsche specialist who both knows what he is doing and appreciates the Porsche for what it is.

Still, there is NO EXCUSE for Sears to botch up a simple battery installation.

Thankyou all for your comments and suggestions. Sears hasn't given in to this point, but they haven't yet faced the wrath of the Rennlist forum! I'll keep ya'all posted.
