We just really need to set up a meet for us. Haha Though it seems we are bit heavy on the conflicting schedule side of things.

Just got back from the cars and coffee thing in San Jose. Big turn out with lots of interesting cars this time! I went with Crazy Eddie because my car is -- surprise -- on jack stands undergoing it's latest adventure. Ed's car is made for shows like this, and he was getting plenty of attention until upstaged by this lambo... Who knew the countach had roll up windows!

There were a handful of 944's there, including Cas951, a silver cab, and this white car I've seen before. Who owns this white 86 turbo-- we mulled around hoping to meet the owner but had to leave. Seems to me I saw it for sale lately, so maybe a new owner?

I was fun... It was great to see Cas951 and his lovely wife. There were a lot of cars there!
Everything from the high end exotics to low end cars like mine
We should all try to hook up next time .. I think they have them there, monthly ?

Tom, Ed, was great seeing the oth of you. I think it's been 5-6 years since I last saw you. I must agree Ed's car sure attracted a lot of attention.

Next event is on May 11.

Maybe we all can meetup early and park together.

I would definitely be down to try for May 11. It's a bit of long haul for me, but fortunately I have a lot of business in the Bay Area, so I have an excuse to go down for a couple of days. I definitely want to see other 944's.

Saw a total of 4 944 turbos, a 944 cab and a 944 that I usually see there. That is the most turbos I have seen in one place outside of Rennfest at Laguna Seca a couple of years back where they had maybe 8-10.

Met Spencang with the glacier blue turbo S, great guy and fun to talk to. Has a nice mix of performance upgrades.

Saw a red turbo with tubo decal on passenger fender. Was always wondering how that decal would look, on the red car it looks great as it kind of blends in.

And saw the silver car leaving. Wish I could have also met the silver and red car owners but I am sure there will be a next time. Will pm my email address before next meet up so can text at event.

I was the "white" car. Not really white but pastel beige. Have had the car for a few years so not sure this is the one you saw for sale.

So to put rennlist names to cars is this correct?
cas951 - red 951
crazy eddie - silver 951
spencang - glacier blue 951S
pr951 - beige 951

As mentioned a great mix of cars. Will see you all next time and still have to get a drive in. Lots of places in the area that would be fun, Skyline Rt9, Mt Hamilton,... others?

Here is a pic of the red turbo
