My 951S's high beams don't work when I turn them on (push the signal away). The intermitten does however work (pull the signal toward me)... I'm assuming that this means the bulb is not burnt out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

The switch on the column is broken.

 

same as your turn signal problem...
