Angry '84 944 Fan vs. Hose

Replaced radiator with 'better' one that ended up being thicker which puts high temp/ac fan into conflict with the water pump hose. Currently fan disconnected so as not to harm hose. Any ideas?

Thanks

Yes, check the radiator mounts, and brackets. If it's a Porsche part, it should not interfere. If you don't want to get into that, you can cut the hose to make a few cm shorter at the radiator (we're talking about the hose from the pump to the radiator right), as to avoid rubbing.

Until you do this, I suggest you only disconnect only the fan on the passanger side that rubs.
