Default Porsche 968 purchase with pictures

Just bought this car on Thursday and picked it up this morning. 1992 968 black/tan with 137k miles. It has some issues that I am going to start working on. Drives really nice!

your neighbors must love you. a new porsche every month or so. Looks nice josh. I have always wanted a 968 or 944S2.
that being said, I wish I was your neighbor.

Hah - my neighbor wrenches on his 12 cylinder Jag and old motorcycle as well. He comes over and checks out the new p-cars. Thankfully I was able to get rid of the last parts car this morning - only sat here a month.

Nice acquisition Josh! If I had a 968, it would definitely be a black one. Can't wait to see what you end up doing with it

I believe it was listed on CL in ATL...I remember thinking it was a nice example or a car that you simply don't see it that often...congrats!

I really like the cover in front of the airbox. I think they only put them on 92's but it sure fills in the engine bay nice. Also love the cup 1's.

Hi Doug - this 968 is a good car - no accident history and no paint work that I can tell. Runs well and the maintenance has been kept up. I may modify the car but never considered parting it. 968s are harder to part anyways - the bits are rarer but so are buyers

Oh yes! I knew that would happen in a short matter of time.

Not sure if you would have any interest, but I have a set of 18" Moda R6's for sale if you are looking for another set of wheels, maybe we can trade for some parts and junk? They look like this http://members.rennlist.com/dan87951...51wheelssm.jpg Holler!
