Post Help!? 88 951 Power Steering Problem

I have had my car at my mechanic for two weeks and he is unable to solve this one.

My power steering fluid is foaming and bubbling over the fill tank. It is not boiling from heat but looks to be foamed with bubbles. The fill tank is fine and the cap fits securely.

When the fluid leaks down on to the block you would think that may engine was on fire with smoke everywhere even leaking into the cockpit. (Rather Scary)

Is there a check valve or release valve that is bad? My mechanic already replaced the intake hose and cannot locate this problem.

Please help.

Can you tell if its leaking anywhere else. the resevoir should bubble/foam as air is bled out of the replaced hose(s). But it should stop, once all of the air has been bled.

To bleed the PS, put the car on jacks (not ramps), start it up, and move steering wheel back and forth (not all the way to the ends though), until the bubbling stops.
