Post 1985.0 Engine For Sale - Good Price?

Is $1K for a 1985.0 engine with 50K Miles a good price? This is assuming there is 0 leakdown, etc etc. It seems like it's in fine running condition... This is coming from a guy who deals with mainly all GM cars, he just prices things off the top of his head, so ya know...

Sounds like a good price to me assuming all the tests prove it's OK. 50K is nothing for that engine if properly maintained.

Heck, it's a lot less than I'm getting ready to put in a replacement engine for a John Deere tractor.
