If Tom with the 944S2 is out there I really like the appearence (to the degree that any photo is accurate!) of your car. My NA is also Guards Red and yours appears to be limo tint dark in the hatch and lighter, but consistent in both the driver's/passenger's and the rear quater windows. What tint levels did you use?

Here is my car:

That is the darkest legal tint here in Minnesota. Go darker, and risk a $100 fine. The place I went to, they did top quality work. I had the back and rear quarter panels done, I think it was $100 or $150. Defroster wires were not a problem. Just don't try to do it yourself.

Had tint on my 924S for last 15 years with no problems. Keeps car cooler in summer, no problem with rear window defogger. Perhaps only drawback a slight vision loss in rear when driving at night. But plus is eliminates glare at night.

Net, I highly recommend by a quality installer.

Jon, Looks like you have the same limit as NJ. I can't even make my windows as dark as a stock minivan, and nothing on the windshield or front windows. (and no metalic films, so the VW look stuff is out) I'm not really that into dark windows so it doesn't bother me, but if I were in Texas or Florida I'm sure I'd see it differently.
