Rear hatch separating from the frame

Update
We went to Oklahoma Foreign from Dallas.
The top picture is the before. If you look close you see a gap between the glass and frame about 5 inches long.
The second picture is post install of the new one.
We walked the entire junkyard they must have 50 924/944/968's. Finally found one that was an 89. We cleaned it up three or four times removed the tint, removed my spoiler because it looked better and then installed the newer one. It took a while 5 hours but we got it done.
A couple of observations. The guys at Oklahoma foreign were very nice. I noticed they were all very dirty and had been stored outside. Which is why it took so long to clean. I also noticed that all of the good ones had tint on them.
