Locked up ?...Do you mean it dosen't turn over...If the starter is working fine you may have a timing belt concern...Like valves bumping into pistons...Is is something like that ?????

Strong possibilities.... gasoline hydrolock in a cylinder from a leaky / stuck open injector &/or failed FPR.

Broken cam belt, piston hitting valve.

Pull plugs; put a socket & breaker bar on the crank pulley bolt; attempt to turn by hand in both directions.

Remove plastic cover from cam belt area & inspect while turning by hand.

Third possibility... excessive operator head space. Probably can't be fixed here.

Jim, just up from a nap after watching the Leonids... great show!
