Post Fuel injector flow rate ?

Can anyone tell me the flow rate in cc for the standard 944Turbo fuel injectors. Also what size injectors are appropriate when using a larger turbo, MAF and higher fuel pressure ?

TIA, Wayne.

The stock injectors are 29.2 lb/hr which works out to about 307cc. I have a larger turbo and maf on my '87 951 and have installed 52lb/hr(about 550cc)injectors. 20+ psi of boost and no fuel shortage. With larger injectors you will have lower the fuel pressure. Hope this helps.

Sorteddub,

Thanks, it'll be interesting to see what other setups people are going with. What fuel pressure did you end up using and did your setup require custom chips to get the fuel mixtures correct ?

32psi fuel pressure. I have a Split Second ARC2 to adjust the mixture. I needed to adjust the settings with the new injectors. I would assume that without some sort of fuel controller that new chips would be needed.
