Post injector

I have an injector that is not working about half the time. I can open the hood and take the connecter off and push it back on or jiggle it and it starts working again. It seams to be tight and I sort of sanded the contacts and it is still doing a little maybe not as bad. Anone else ever have this problem?

I found the problem by doing a plug reading to try to figure out an off and on miss.

Can you by new connector and splice it in or is there a contact cleaner I can use or what esle could I do?

The wires crack inside that outer brown shielding, or at the connector itself. I had a miss that I could niot track down. Turned out to be the wire leading into the connector.

Pep Boys had 4 new connectors for $5 each. Get a soldering iron, some heat shrink tubing and have at it.

BTW.. they are called Injector Pigtails
