Question Rear Three Point Belts?

In searching previous posts, it appears that 968's have standard three-point safety belts for the rear seats. My 1986 944 does not. Can anybody tell me at what point in between three-point belts became standard on the 944/968 series?

Thanks!

1988 for the US market.
1987 (I think) for ROW.

Thanks for the quick reply. Right now I have a 3-year-old child, a 1986 944, and a 1993 Ford Taurus. I have thought about replacing the Taurus with another "Family Car"--something that holds me, the wife, and the kid. However, as my child approaches booster seat age, I am thinking that I might (one day) replace both the Taurus and the 944 with a newer model Porsche. One key prerequisite to such a move would be the presence of three-point belts for everyone.
