Default Balance shaft belt quiz...What's wrong with this picture?

Changing the belts on my 944Spec race car and found this. Motor is at TDC. This is the lower balance shaft.
What's wrong with this picture? The first problem has been identified (see below)
There are actually two things wrong but the 2nd thing is not another balance shaft problem
Both Questions answered (see below)

Because the "O" on the sprocket is visible through a round, not a square hole. Round = Top, Square = Bottom sprocket.

Give that man a cigar. Engine vibrated all kinds of stuff loose and broke a mounting tab on the fuel rail. Now for the hard part. What else can you see wrong in the picture?

I think the balance shaft tensioner and the timming belt tensioner are switched.

Congratulations! You got it. I can't believe we were racing this car. Lesson learned: Even if a car has good belts, don't assume they were installed correctly.

The belts look good though. I thought they would be chewed up a bit.

The balance shaft belt is perfect, but the timing belt shows some wear where it rubbed against the inside cover. I will be replacing it and all the rollers. The water Pump is fine.
