My blower motor isn't working after checking everything I decided to get a new switch and a new resister ( both looked like the died a horrible death ) fitted both parts hoping that the motor would start working but unfortunately for my bank balance it hasn't done sod all
When I drive the car I get hot air coming threw but not enough to clear windscreen. Can someone please help lol

Early or late 944? Did you replace the reed switch and resistor pack in the LH air duct? Some people mistake the big pucks on the RH side that serve the low speed radiator cooling fan for heater blower resistors.

The little bimetal reed relays can be cleaned but these usually affect the lower speeds only.

I actually do not know if any of this is relevant to the early 944.

The heater motor resister assembly is mounted on top of the blower housing.
