Take your stock wheel offset, and subtract the new wheel offset. If the number is positive, you need a spacer that size. If the number is negative, it won't work.

Both will fit, both will reguire spacers to clear the front calipers.

Euromeisters will be 5mm further out towards the fenders in front, and 1mm in the rear.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't both of those wheel sets early 911 offset ? The rear outside lip would move approximately 33 mm outward.

Edit: Oops! Did the math wrong , would move the outer lip out approximately 21 mm.

The Euromeisters will work PERFECT without any spacers or anything. It's exact specs of the twists I have on my car.

The Rota fronts will probably need small spacers (1cm or so) because the offset for that shouldn't be much higher than 23mm.

Correct, 12.7 mm from the 9 inch wheel (25.4mm / 2), and 8.3 mm from the increaced offset (23.3 - 15). So disregarding tire sizes the wheels are moved 21mm outward. Depending on the tire they should fit without any rubbing issues, and worst case a little fender rolling will be needed in the back.

The euromeisters would be perfect on your car without spacers, but as stated above the 86 951s will need a small spacer to have the wheels clear the 951 calipers. The spoke design on the euromeister and rota wheels is very similar to that on the 911 fuchs, and because of this will rub the 951 caliper without a spacer.
