Default Rear Hatch Refurb

I recently had a glass professional reseal my rear hatch on the 951. It has been about 4 days since it was resealed and I am anxious to put it back together. I noticed a few things that need some attention before the trim can go back on. First, one of the side pieces of trim has a tear in it. Look at the first 2 photos. Second is the metal trim piece has tape on it for so long(temp fix that lasted 2 years ) it took some of the paint off. I am thinking of repainting it with some paint I had leftover from another project. Look at the third picture.

Any suggestions on how I should repair this trim piece? Superglue or some other adhesive?

Products to repaint the metal trim piece.
