Power Steering Heat Sheild

Hey guys getting ready to install the turbo and I notice I have a heat sheild right where the long turbo mount bolt is. Any ideas on the best way to remove it? Looks like it attaches to that engine mount, I only see one bolt and boy is it rusty.
