so after what feels like 100000 pm's and email's this is still for sale. i have people interested in a few parts but not the whole package. im only going to give this package deal one more week before i part it out.

This is and easy and cool conversion. See my thread as i did the same.
The only parts missing here are the flywheel/clutch and fork and iirc bell housing for the bigger clutch.

You need a 951 flywheel for the different timing/management, and you then need the clutch to fit the fly and the 951 fork to fit the clutch, and iirc the bellhousing is different
Plus a few other bits, turbo oil feed/return pipes, but i bet you have all of this..
