Default Fluctuating Idle on Cold Days

Hey guys I thought I had this issue fixed but on cold days with a very cold engine my idle hunts. I have replaced the ISV, TPS (both 3 times) and checked vac lines several times and I can't figure it out. So far the only other solution I've heard is the DME.

Here's a vid that is similar to what mine does, mines more rapid and in a turbo 86' car. Now mine only does it when the engine is very cold on a cold day, a normal 70 degree day and it doesn't do it.

When mine did that it was because I didn't have the TPS adjusted correctly. I had it twisted too far on the shaft. It clicked just after opening the butterfly in the throttle body, but because I had it twisted too far, the butterfly was already open by about 1/16th of an inch at idle. You really couldn't tell by just looking at it. It caused a hunting idle, but usually only after it warmed up. I readjusted it and it was fine afterwards.

I see you have changed the TPS, so maybe it could be that

Added 3% more fuel via DME seems like it stopped but not sure, I'll try it tomorrow.
