Modification required for adjustable brake bias adjuster?
Hi all,
I have a 1990 S2 that is equipped with ABS, though the ABS is disabled. I am running a hydroboost brake setup and a manual bias adjuster.
I seem to recall hearing someone say that in order for the bias adjuster to be effective i would have to drill out something down on the ABS unit. Is that correct? I haven't been able to find anything with the search.
TIA

Thanks, i did some searching and it seems you're right. At least now i know what i'm looking for!
I wasn't able to find anything about what to do in the case of adjustable brake bias--drill it out, eliminate it...? I'll keep looking, but in the meantime if anyone knows off the top of their head i'd appreciate it!

I did a lot more reading on it, and i still haven't found someone actually saying "remove the brake bias valve", it sounds like that is what is needed. So that's what i will do!
