Default Brakes dragging, what should I do?

Went to adjust my parking brake today and noticed that the caliper was grabbing the rotor for about 1/2 of a rotation, the other half would turn normally. Looked at the pad and it's angled like a triangle.

I've been looking up pads for a little while, think I'm going with some Hawk HPS like I have on my daily driver.

Looks like I need new rotors too, suggestions?

I'm guessing the rotor is warped, hence the uneven grabbing, and that it's due to the brake dragging, but what would cause that? Do I need new calipers too?

The parking brake star was a pain in the *** to move and I couldn't get it adjusted enough to grab the drum at all so I'm thinking it's going to need rebuilt.

I noticed all this on only my driver side rear, but whatever I replace on one side I'll replace on the other.

Did you pull the rotor off at any time? I had a similar problem, turns out the rotor wasn't fully seated against the hub. I put the tire back on and tightened down the lug nuts to seat it and it was fine afterwards.

I think I messed around with the adjustment on the parking brake for over an hour. It is a pain.

I have never pulled it off, but I've driven the car less than 10k miles in the last 3-4 years since I bought it. I'm thinking that it's a possibility that it's been dragging this whole time.

Put a straight edge up against the rotor. A ruler or a 2x4 and see if it's warped.

I'll do that, here's what else I'm planning:

Hawk HPS pads
Caliper rebuild (all I should need are the seals right?)
Rotors - check how much I have left and turn if possible otherwise look for new ones

Anything else I should be looking for? I'm thinking parking brake rebuild but I'll need to look that up first.
