Default 1990 944S2 Compression test results

Hey guys,

I decided to do a compression test because the car has never felt like its giving all its got and before I get it dyno'd I thought I may aswell find out what kind of shape the engine is in.

The results of the compression test are:

Cylinder 1
210 PSI - 14.5 Bar

Cylinder 2
220 PSI - 15 Bar

Cylinder 3
180 PSI - 12.5 Bar

Cylinder 4
210 PSI - 14.5 Bar

Cylinder 3 is worrying, any ideas?

Thanks in advanced.

Ya number 3 seems low when compared to your 2nd cylinder but not too bad compared to in ratio to the others. Any odd symptoms with the car?
