So the water is pooling in my cowl by the fuse panel. Where in the world are the drain holes?????

I've looked at all the posts and can't find a pic or clear instructions on where the drain is. Please someone highlight pic or note in some detail where the hole is both in the cowl and where it lets out.

Can you get to the outlet from above or only below?

Man, I installed an engine in my 944 race car but this eludes me...

It's just a downward bump at the weld seam - hard to see/take a picture, but it's right under where the hood shock mounts.
