Got a hatch reseal quote from a glass shop today... whoa $150!

That's why my buddy won't touch them anymore. It only takes one broken one to jack up the profit margin!

Those are made by Greenwater on pelican. I got them too, they work great. he has some good stuff.

Well the result is nothing. Safe Lite just called me and tried to tell me reasons why they couldn't do it. So I'm back to square one.

Lol, just reseal a hatch, it isn't the end of the world. I will GIVE you a hatch if you don't want to have downtime with your car. You just have to pick it up at the shop. You will have to transfer the third brake light on to the glass, or swap this hatch on to your car temporarily and reseal your current hatch.

I will be giving you a call today. I have a garage and can live without the car for a while. The exhaust still leaks.

My local glass shop charges between $150-175. They resealed my hatch about 8 years ago ... it held up well until recently, I have two small leaks now. I'll be dropping the car off at a local P-car shop for AC work and an alignment soon. The glass repair guy will come out to their shop.
