Default Finally, Kinesis Supercups mounted for good :) Somewhat pretty pictures included

After a few years of waiting, (seriously) they are finally mounted for good. I've been to hell and back with these but all in all it was worth it. Thanks to Thatcher I have a fully sealed, non-leaking wheel. Also, thanks to Adaptec for the custom adapters built to spec in the front. I officially don't have to see them sit on the side anymore.

I plan on doing a full shoot by the end of summer in a real location. This was about a block from my house as I don't have the gas/money to get to my favorite spot.

Let me know what you think... the left side of the car is riding higher in these pictures because it is parked on the grass on the right. I still do plan to lower it with some Weltmeisters and the stock torsion bar in the back. I am a poor college student, and I don't have much more money to put into it.

Here they are, let me know what you think! I know, a few are a touch out of focus, I'm still getting used to my fully manual nifty 50 and didn't have much time to take many more. Sorry.

Let me know what you think

I think it looks slick as snot.

IMHO it doesn't need to be lowered any more, especially if its a street car.

Maual camera - is it film? If you want the largest depth of field (most in focus), slect the smallest aperture setting.

What tires are you running? Looks like 225 and 275 maybe?

Love the second-to-last picture. Terrific!

Take care!

The car is a lot lower than that, it's just the spot because the other side is in the grass. Just didn't have the time for a better spot haha.

It's a Pentax DSLR with an old fully manual pentax-k 50 f1.4 lens. I kept the aperture at 1.4 because I prefer the nice bokeh, it's just a challenge with that small of a focusing plane to get something in focus with the standard viewfinder.

Pentax! I've used a couple of Pentaxes. Nice cameras.

Are the pictures film or digital? Hard to tell.

What year is your car?

Take care!

Digital; DSLR = Digital Single-lens Reflex

Nice pics- looks like you can get away with a 1 1/4" drop without rubbing with those tires

They are all digital. The car is an 85.5 with adapters to adapt to late offset. Thanks

That second pic does a beautiful job of capturing the car's curves. Nicely done!
