Default DO I have to remove the crank bolt to attach a PS pulley?

I put a motor in my car and only have a few parts to put back on, one of them being the power steering pump. I just noticed there is no power steering pully in front of the crankshaft. Do I have to pull the crank bolt and crank pulley to attach a power steering pulley to the crankshaft?

Dam. OK. So if I remove the crank bolt from the newer installed motor that does not have the PS pulley on the crank, is there anything else I need , like a special washer, to install a PS pulley onto the crank?

I'm assuming there is a washer allready there without the PS pulley. I think it is flat against the engine side and rounded on the other side facing the front of the car. I was just wondering if there was anything else that is needed specifically for the PS pulley.

Thanks. I have been out of the 951 game for a few years so I forget where I can find parts diagrams.

If you need the actual PS pulley, let me know. I boxed a couple up for a Rennlister but never heard back from him. I typically throw them away.

There should be a washer there. If not, then there may not be enough force from the bolt to properly operate the oil pump. If you find that you don't have everything, let me know. I have the washer from my old engine that I can drop in an envelope for you.

Don't forget to torque to specs..... My PO didn't and it cost me a weekend DE. Not something I would usually check but will now.
