Need a new gas cap? Overfilling? Failure in the carbon overflow device/thingy (if you have one)?
Wash with soap and water. Then use your favorite wax/sealant to further remove any remaining marks. If marks are still there, then try clay, wash, polish.
If you had a good layer of wax/sealant prior, you may be OK.
I really like RejeX Wax.

My guess is clogged fuel overfill line or leaky cap.

The gas filler neck thingys on these cars like to turn a bit oval or pitcher shaped after time, as the metal seems soft and 20+ years of filling it up wears on it. I wouldnt be surprised if this was keeping the gas cap from sealing properly....
...but then again I'd guess your tank would have to be pretty close to full for it to slosh all the way out. Does it happen when gas is low?

I removed it with a very strong chemical, nothing was working, soap, simple green, wax. There`s some still left but my paint is sooo thin that I wont insist
The tank was about half full. I always have a smell of gas when the car as been all closed for a while.
How do I check the overfill line?
I'll remove the gasket on the gas cap and take a look, maybe clean it and put some grease on it if it's dry.

But where is it?
By CEL or codes you mean OBDII stuff? I don't think the computer is smart enough to check this kind of stuff. Aren't the 944's ODB I or something like that? But no, no errors in the dash at all.
