Default noob in trouble.....[updated]

Ok, randomly my car started acting weird.when I try to start the car it will not turn over and click rapidly with flashing ligihts and some electric pop noises. It would start after a few minutes of trying but as I would drive after this happening the car would stall out accelerating through third to fourth. One day shortly after this started I reved twice just as I pulled into a parking spot and it stalled and now wont start. Do you guys have any ideas what could Be the culprit? Plz and thank you for any help

*update*

still no start. i've searched with no clues or leads.
i now have a new ignition switch installed and still nothing. i tested for spark fuel and all my hoses are attached. the only thing that is not getting clear results is the spark test. i've replaced my ignition wires and swapped ignition coils and still no spark. any idea's?

What kind of car/year/model? What history of maintanence do you have? What have you checked? Electrical issues almost always begin with ground issues. Check yours. Loose wires? Power wash the engine bay lately?
We need some more details. I could list 25 things to check/replace which may or may not waste your time/money.

It is a 86 944 n/a. Previous owner took horrible care of this car and I've replaced a lot of things on this car already. When it comes to electronics my car has seemed to be pretty sound. Never had an issue. My.ignition started acting strange like needing toturn the key slightly back, so my electronics would work. Its a stock wiring harness with little done to it. Its very possible for it to have a ground issue. At first I thought it might be the ignition coil or possibly an ignition control module (if we have one) lol what are your ideas? Again thank you

I actually just tried that yesterday to no avail. But I do plan on trying an ignition coil swap to see if that helps. All my plugs are in place. No leaking vacuum lines and everything is plugged up correctly. I'm.also getting fuel to the rail. I'm stumpped. I've had some of the weirdest problems and found them but this is crazy lol I also don't have much experience with wiring harnesses

My sensors are fine, had to replace them not too long ago and thanks joka. I had a gut feeling that's what it was. Ill check some prices. If you had to rate the diffulty of the job from 1-10 what would it be?

"I try to start the car it will not turn over and click rapidly with flashing ligihts and some electric pop noises"

If I understand correctly your starter isn't cranking the engine over when you attempt to start the
car? Are you sure your battery is fully charged? if not, charge it before trying anything else.

If the battery is good this if you have a multimeter. Measure the voltage on the big cable at the starter
solenoid while someone tries to crank the engine. You should around 10 volts minimum. If the voltage
is low check the voltage on the positive battery post while someone tries starting the engine. Are
the two voltages approximately the same? If not you have a bad cable or a high resistance in the
cabe connections.

Let us know what you find.

Sounds like battery cable issues to me. That is assuming the battery is good. Please explain "will not turn over and click rapidly with flashing ligihts and some electric pop noises"

What lights flash? What is clicking, the solenoid? Where do the pop noises come from?

Have you pulled the starter to see if the cables are falling apart, gnawed by rats, etc?

The starter is turning the engine, it just will not fire because he has no spark.
His update is asking about the lack of spark.
New battery, plug wires and relatively new plugs. Swapped his coil with mine witj no luck.
