Very little progress as they still haven't delivered the piping .
Just took the citroen rails off ,cleaned and painted the frames and porsche rails.

Piping arrived today ,starting to make some progress.
Unfortunately i can't get all the creases out because the piping is hollow not reinforced like the factory one.

I inserted some wire into the piping and the second bolster came out much better. Maybe one day i will redo the other one but for now it's too much work.

It's one thing doing repairs but doing the whole covers from scratch is crazy ,this is the last time i try something like this. Now i know why upholstery kits cost so much.
Unfortunatelly i can't get them perfect ,it's very hard as is.

Well they didn't come out as good as i hoped but they're done and it only cost about £50 and many hours of work . Maybe i will try to fix the little problems in the future but for now i'm done sewing.
Only the script fabric remains original ,all the vinyl is brand new.

if you can stretch out the vinyl somehow they will look great.

I would maybe try to heat up the vynil with a heatgun but be careful doing it. I'm sure after use they will look fine.

It's not that simple ,it's actually too stretched ,heat will make them even worse. I need to redo some of the stitching but my fingers are massacred right now from all the sewing so i won't be touching them for a while
