I searched and couldn't find anything that helped me.
The car is an 87 944 with an LS2 and it does have a LS1 compressor which is brand new. I took it to Firestone after I replaced the compressor, it has full pressures with no leaks. The problem is that it blows kind of cool but not even remotely cold. I checked the heater switch that usually breaks, but its fine. the vents are actuating properly. Not sure what else to check. If anyone could please help me, I would appreciate it.

How do you have your system and fans wired? Did you modify the compressor to be fixed pressure vs variable? Are you running the Porsche low pressure switch or the LS sensor? I don't know much about A/C systems, but those details may help someone else diagnose your problem.

Assuming you had the system flushed especially the condenser & replaced the RD receiver drier, before you put on the brand new LS1 compressor.
It could be the expansion valve is clogged if the new compressor valves are not damaged.
You should be able to "feel" if the expansion valve is clogged by grabbing the hard lines in and out of the evaporator. They should "feel" like the same temperature. If the out is coool (er) you have a clogged/malfunctioning expansion valve.
