That's a euro front bumper, US market bumpers have two HUGE bumper pads.

true of course, or else he wouldnt have been able to fit the parklights. maybe its the angle, it looks like it juts out a bit more than normal. actually, looking at pics of my car i think its just a slight misalignment.
